Café Restaurant

Upstairs you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Hay’s Dock Café Restaurant.

The 50 seat café restaurant specialises in local, seasonally available produce such as seafood, lamb and beef. The menus, which range from light snacks to dinner, include dishes such as the popular Hay’s Dock seafood chowder, chargrilled squid and loin of organic hill lamb.

As a core part of the Museum and Archives service, the café restaurant can also offer catering support to a wide variety of functions within the building.

The café restaurant is also available outside museum opening hours for evening and special functions, such as musical concerts, weddings and anniversaries.
